Wow! Just like that 2019 is gone and 2020 has begun.
Happy New Year!
We’ve journeyed through ups, downs, losses, gains, growth, stagnation, abundance, lack…..the list could go on and on. Right?
Yet, one thing is clear through it all…Life never stopped. And we were expected to LIVE ALIVE.
Here’s what took place in 2019 that were the most memorable for me.
⭐️ My husband and I celebrated 9 years of marriage.
⭐️My youngest daughter celebrated her Sweet Sixteenth Birthday.
⭐️ I got to see Priscilla Shirer in person and took a photo with her brother, Anthony Evans, who is my most favorite Gospel Artist of all time. Wow!
⭐️ My oldest daughter graduated from High School and started college. So significant because I became witness to the breaking of the generational curse of teenage motherhood from my future generations.
⭐️ My family and I were finally able to take the kind of photos that my mother had been desiring for so long.
⭐️ God answered my prayers of bringing my prodigal son HOME. All praises to Him.
⭐️ Another business was added to my belt. I became an Independent Consultant of Rodan and Fields. Offering the world around me the opportunity to experience life-changing skincare.
⭐️ We went Michigan bound to experience the Cancer Crusade of Joshua Media Ministries with Apostle David E. Taylor. Something my husband had been wanting to do for so long. Yay! It was amazing.
⭐️ I launched my Rodan and Fields business. Attended my first convention and watched my WHY become solidified as I captured the vision of what this opportunity can do for others as well as for myself.
As I cherish these memories in my heart, I say goodbye with a smile as I leave them behind me and I look forward with excitement to the new that’s coming this 2020 year.
I will forever be grateful for what 2019 was. To be honest, it REALLY gave me a hunger to see some different things come to pass in my future.
What about you? What impact did 2019 have on you? And how has it shaped the way you are going to view this new year?
Erica here! That is literally my favorite way to introduce myself. I’m a firm believer in God who is grateful to be saved by Jesus. I am wife to Carlos and mother to a blended family of six. I am a writer who is also a poet. When you get to truly know me, you’ll find that I spend the most of my time pursuing growth in my walk with God, prioritizing my family, and encouraging other women along the way to seek God’s Truth while obtaining Heaven’s treasure; find hope in their struggles. I’m so glad you’re here!
